a brief word from mimi & ken

We both welcome you to the Building Bridges web site. Over the years we have delighted in presenting you with local, national and internationally relevent reporting on labor and community issues through the medium of WBAI Radio, originating from the studios of WBAI-Pacifica in New York City. Now, with this web site, we expand our boundaries and our bridges to you through the medium of the internet.

Currently available are several special featured broadcasts which are archived in Real Audio® format. For full descriptions or to listen to these broadcasts on-line, Click here for the full program listing or click on "Listen to Archived Programs" in the Site Navigation section below.

As you visit the Building Bridges web site please feel free to participate in our "bulletin board"-type discussions. This presents an oppourtunity for you to interactively present your views and exchange ideas on important topics with us and other members of our audiences from all over the world. Look out, too, for notices about when we will will hold "live" Internet discussions through this web site.

Last, but not least, we hope you will continue to tune in to our broadcast here or on WBAI 99.5 FM every Monday from 2 - 3 pm in the New York metropolitan area.

Sincerely,
